En inglés existen tres sonidos corr pondientes a nuestra “a” que son: /æ/ “ash”, /ʌ /“wedge”, /ɑ:/ “long ei”.
/æ/ “ash”: lamp, flag, man, happy, ant, cat, fat, black, mat, acrobat, stands, hand, sad, bag, hat, magic, bat, match, ban, ham.
